Blueberry Scone with Honey Icing

These blueberry scones have two unique things going on. One is the honey icing which really makes the berries sing. The other is a tish of cornmeal porridge in the mix that makes for a lovely crumb and wards off staling.  We're pretty much in love with this scone.
